A.) What actually goes on in there? Recently, 1 second glances from the SWML, I've seen a 375, 460 and 37/373. Why are Networkers not allowed in there?

B.) A few months ago, before I was interested in special workings, I saw an ECS 460 south on the fast lines at Norwood Junction around 07:15. I'm curious what it was doing there now! Has one ever been to London Bridge?
