Thanks Ellie,

I've already searched this forum but wondered if SWT do things or ask things a little differently.

It's my first assessment and have been told most people fail first time?

I think this would be the same for most the interviews but make sure the question about the emergency situation is a good one, and its all "i did this" and "i did that" not "we"
