The restrictions are as follows. Relevant part highlighted.

RESTRICTIONS

Restriction Code: TN

Restricted Days:

Mondays to Fridays

Outward Travel: Not valid on trains timed to arrive at London Terminals before 10:55

Return Travel:

  • Not valid on trains timed to depart any London Terminal after 04:29 and before 10:55.
  • Not valid on trains timed to depart the following London stations after 16:29 or before 19:02:
  • London Kings Cross
  • Moorgate
  • London St Pancras Intl
  • Farringdon
  • City Thameslink
  • London Blackfriars
  • London Bridge
  • Elephant & Castle
Travelcards are valid for use between these times for travel wholly within London Zones 1-6.

Stratford is not a London Terminal, so your ticket is valid.

Easiest way to check this is on a journey planner. From Trainline, you can see that the 05.31 is allowed.

I would advise buying online (from a retailer you trust will support you in case of a dispute) with an itinerary for this service, just so that there is no doubt about the terms of the contract, in case anyone you encounter is unsure.

Isn't there a 09:30 restriction on using a Super Off Peak Day Travelcard within the London Zones? By that interpretation, and the interpretation that an outboundary travelcard comprises a return to Boundary Zone 6 + a Zones 1-6 travelcard, this ticket would be actually only be valid as far as Broxbourne on this service :s

No, the bit I said about travelcards is directly from the restriction code on the super off peak ticket. https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/tn

Travelcards are valid for use between these times for travel wholly within London Zones 1-6.

You also need to obey the restrictions for super off peak travelcards in general, of course.

On these, NRE says:

nre.co.uk said:
Travelcards purchased outside of the London Fare Zones area:

...

Off-Peak Day Travelcards are valid for travel from whenever Off-Peak fares become available from your origin station – check our Journey Planner to see whether an Off-Peak fare is available when you wish to travel.

If that's 5:31, it's 5:31.
