TfW Delay Repay: Ticket reference - HELP !

I am trying to claim online with TfW. They ask for the ticket " Number" and "Reference". There is a button to press which they say will show you where to find these numbers, but the message "Content coming soon" is shown instead.
I've attached the ticket. The number is 39823, but where is the reference? I bought it from the booking counter at New St, so I have no collection reference.

Just put eight zeros as the reference. It's not an essential detail.

That's definitely not a reference it's the ticket number machine number and window number along with the CCST-X version

Well that’s one of the numbers you have to put in when making a claim with GTR.
