TFW RAAT TEST

Good afternoon all,

I've been lucky enough to pass the SCAAT test for the TFW Conductor role.

I've now been informed that I need to take the RAAT test.

Can anyone recommend any online practice material for this?

Do you have to complete all questions, or is it like the SCAAT where it's quality over quantity?

Congrats on passing the scaat i did a raat for TPE its pretty strait forward I dont think you need to practice tbh (if they sent you some practice material use that) but it is pretty much awnser as many questions correct in a given time frame think it was 35/40 questions in 25 minutes but cant remember now and yes best to get more correct then finish all. I finished all way before the time and passed but then failed the group Borden then got sent home and lost a life!

Congratulations on your SCAAT pass! Can I please ask how long it was before you heard back? I completed mine online today and wondered when I could expect to hear if I’ve been successful

I had an email the next day!

All I can advise is to get a bit of practice in before you sit the actual test and make sure you’re relaxed and it’s quiet when you do it. There is a link on this forum where you can download a practice tool.

If you download Group Bourdon tool you can practice SCAAT

Well done! No I still haven’t heard anything, someone at the same stage as us had an email last week though, I’m assuming inviting him for interview

Well done exciting times, I found after some tests I heard the next day but TCT took a couple of weeks. Don't know how long we have to wait now?

Heard nothing yet, i spoke to my mate from football today and didnt know that he had applied, but he had an interview today, said he had an email two weeks after the confirmation of passing the TCT.

also my friend heard back a few hours after his interview, unfortunately he wasn't successful. He said the interviewers made him feel very at ease and the questions were ok. I don't know how he didn't get it to be honest, he has worked on the buses all his life, driving and in the office, I thought he would have got one hands down. making me a bit nervous now.

Yes I’ll def keep you all updated, sorry to hear your friend didn’t get through. That’s what’s making me nervous they’re prob looking for specific types of people, and no matter your experience or how well you perform at interview if you haven’t got that “something” they’re looking for it’ll be a no. No I haven't heard yet, prob a couple of days behind you, will let you know when I do. Im sure you will be fine at the interview, to be honest my mate has the experience but he can be a joker and comes accross quite coxky, maybe that was his downfall?

I found it ok, I only got to number 16 and panicked when it timed out as i wasn't even halfway. But i suppose its lile everyone has been saying, its quality over quantity. I wouldnt worry.
