There has been discussion regards Thameslink only tickets and whether they are valid on all of the GTR brand trains (Route permitting) because Thameslink, Southern, GatEX and GN are not TOCs in their own right, but brands of GTR.

Just a thought, say someone has a Thameslink only London Terminals ticket. Is it actually the case the ticket is valid to all London Terminals accessible on a Train operated by one of the GTR brands. But wouldn't be valid on a train to say Cannon Street, Charing Cross or Waterloo?

If* you come to the conclusion that condition 10 of the NRCoC means that the restriction is only by company as per the definition used by Companies House, then it follows that you can use any GTR-branded train to any London Terminal (not passing through Farringdon).

* whether this premise is true has been covered in numerous other threads already, without consensus.

One recent change which may affect people's views on the premise is that the current timetable uses the TL code to denote all TSGN services and only identifies stations as being SN, whereas the previous (May-December 2015) one used both TL and SN in individual timetables.
