Thanet Parkway - preliminary works

I've just driven past the site of Thanet Parkway where there is lots of activity. The embankment has been cleared and the on the A299 road adjacent there are signs up saying that works on the access road will be commencing in mid-March.
Does anyone know of the projected opening date?
