If you said "Finningley Airport" a week within it opening, I really wouldn't have a clue where it was. The Word 'Doncaster' makes a lot of difference in a non-Yorkshireman's mind. ;)

Eeeh, tha' can understand not knowing where Finningley is, but the current name is rather too long and extravagant.

It was Royal Air Force Station Finningley for MUCH longer than its going to survive as a commercial operation! :lol: :lol: :lol:
