Agreed, he always looked rather young for his age. And it is a great loss to Brtish broadcasting with his death.

I suspect this may mean RIP for Countdown too.

I knew he was ill, but not that ill :shock: He'll be missed greatly by many people :cry:

I couldn't imagine anyone else presenting it. Only person I could think of is Carol Voderman.
