You can't do that I'm afraid - there's a maximum three hours rule in force. Therefore, we instead board Ukraine Air flight 946 to Kiev Boryspil International Airport, pushing back at 0255 and arriving back in the USSR for 0800 Wednesday morning.

Let's go home - back to England!

Ryanair flight 2643 fills this role pretty well - we board our Boeing 737 at 11:30 and arrive at London Stansted|EGSS for 12:15 on Wednesday afternoon.

Bearing the three-hour rule in mind, let’s take the 1445 Ryanair FR9802 flight to Girona. Yes it is running! It is on a Boeing 738-800 and arrives in Catalonia or Spain at 1750 on Wednesday evening.

Stuffed donkey wearing a sombrero in hand we decide to pass the night aboard a long distance coach service.

Not for the first time we are on a Flixbus coach which leaves the Costa Brava at 2309 and arrives in the French Riviera (Nice Aeroport Terminal 2) at 0835 on Thursday morning.

Apparently, by heading to St Johns, it's possible to board one of the few transatlantic crossings operated by a narrowbody Airbus. With that in mind, let's head to St Johns onboard WestJet flight 326, departing at 19:59 Thursday night and arriving at 00:25 Friday evening.

I would have liked to look round St John’s, but the first bus to town is 0650, so using the three-hour rule, we take the Air Canada AC 7527 0505 flight to Montreal Trudeau Airport arriving 0631 on Friday morning.

Try and bump this up, but if nobody’s interested perhaps the mods should close it.

We take the 1720 Durham Region Transit 950 service, whose vehicle renumbers into the 960 service at Uxbridge to arrive at Davis 404/Park and Ride, which is just outside Newmarket (north of Toronto). I have no idea why it doesn't go to the centre: however there is a connection (link provided below). It arrives at the P and R at 1829 on Friday evening.

EDIT: It seems there is some sort of busway into the town (provided by YRT, see above link), or should I say city (population 84,000), from where there are trains and buses into Toronto, should you wish to go there.

'In 2017, Amazon Canada ranked Newmarket as number 20 of the top 100 most romantic cities in Canada.'

Whooping for joy that the fates have aligned once more - we remain on Durham Regional Transit's jolly old bus-type contraption as it morphs with a shudder and a jerk into the 960; where we alight at the terminus on Toronto & Albert at 19:00 this Friday evening; where we enjoy all the Golden Horseshoe has to offer on a Friday evening - I.E. a jumbo dose of SUVs and middle class guilt!

    Excellent GIF game.

It's not too late to escape the middle-class guilt that sinks over us like a poorly-run association football club based in Lancashire hurtling down the tiers of the Football League. The 950 presents itself at 21:05, and duly wafts us over to Simcoe & Raglan, where we arrive on the hour at 22:00

It seems to be impossible to move south from here at this time of night, so we take the trusty Durham Region Transport service 950 yet again, departing at 2225 to Uxbridge (Toronto Southbound@Brock St), arriving at 2323 on Friday night.

The York-Durham Heritage Railway Association is nearby, which could be of interest tomorrow.

Seeing as we've spent the last week or so in Toronto's suburbs, let's return to the city proper and hopefully, somewhere more active....

That bus we alighted from appears to be the last one all night, so we get into our sleeping bag and wait for the morning's first bus. We're fortunate to have been given the fare by pedestrians in the street - said fare goes into immediate use at 05:46, on the number 71 bus, which ambles into Toronto Union Station, arriving at 0710 Saturday morning.

There appears to be (rather confusingly) three Niagra Falls stations. Can I ask which one is intended?
