5. The destination's 3 character code contains letters that are not in the station name*

*For example, the destination could be Anerley with code ANZ (it isn't though)

Alrighty then...

1. The service is operated by a DMU.
2. The three-letter code of the terminus forms a word in the English language.
3. The starting station is an electrified terminus.
4. There is a more frequent service between these two stations via a different route.

Nope!

3. The starting station is an electrified terminus.
4. There is a more frequent service between these two stations via a different route.
5. The starting station has services going to two stations with similar names, but they are nowhere near each other. (The service I'm thinking of serves neither.)

Manchester Piccadilly to Chester (142)?

CTR isn't a word ;)

6. The service is not operated by Northern, nor is it located in the North of England.

Reading to Banbury (165)?

Afraid not!

7. The service passes through two request stops, however the majority of trains are not booked to call at either.

The answer I was looking for was Norwich - Great Yarmouth via Reedham (the more frequent route being via Acle) but I'll accept that! :)
Thanks! Here's the next one:

1) The origin station consists of more than one word.
2) The destination station is served by an even number of train operators.
3) The journey is timed for <100mph max.
4) The journey takes longer than two hours.

I didn't expect to get it that fast.

1. The service is timed for 125mph
2. The origin has direct services to Derby, Nottingham and Leicester
3. The destination is a dead end terminus
4. The service calls at all stations between origin and destination which are served by that TOC (except for 1)*

*IE: The train may skip out stations, but they are stations that are not served by that TOC. All stations that the TOC serves are served by the service except for one. Example: If LNER ran a service between London and Newark North Gate that called at Stevenage, Peterborough and Newark North Gate (missing out Grantham).
