I think number 1 is the only reasonable question there, although it is poorly phrased and I can understand that getting the interviewer's back up.
I always ask a question at the end of of a job interview. Apparently when I was 17, going for a saturday sales assistant job, one of the key things that set me aside (apart from going in having done research on the company) was that I asked questions at the end and was the only candidate to do so.
Since then I always make sure that I have at least one question to ask, in whatever role it may be.
