The two locomotives in sidings near Shipley

Does anyone know what type of train engine the two are in the sidings at the scrapyard just outside Shipley train station.

Every since the late 70s I've noticed them in the exact same position unmoved and unloved.

Any help would be appreciated .

Thank you very much for that. It's a shame they've been left to rust for over 40 years.

Could they be preserved?

A few years ago Crossleys used to use a small 0-4-0 steam engine to shunt. Not sure what happened to it.
