Having picked up a leaflet showing the timings of The Railway Touring Co. steam specials, it says it runs every Sunday from 22nd July to 9th September.

The times for calling at Appleby on the return journey was 17.55.
So yesterday (29th July) I went to Appleby station, but no sign of it, or anyone else waiting for it.
Did something happen to it, was it cancelled or running late, and was I the only one who did not know?

Looks like they went to print with times they were hoping to get, but didn't - and the people that are travelling would have got revised documentation anyway
