There are some Great British Breakfast trains, and you can get inclusive tickets - the expensive First Inclusive etc or cheap First Breakfast Advance... was around £15 for a child IIRC, London to Derby, or you can also get an AP FC ticket and pay £10 for the breakfast.

With a Standard Solo Sleeper you also get a berth to yourself
You don't get the discount of the Value Advance fare, but the cheapest I can find is a SAVER Single with the £45/£49 supplement
I then wanted to know what the "extras" were between that and First Class, to see if it is worth the extra 50% on the fare component, but clearly it is not
