What medium of ticket type is being shown here? Asking for a friend.

I believe it's an e-ticket - distinguished from an m-ticket by the fact there's no scrolling coloured bar and no details about activation date or time.

We were just having a friendly discussion about the various multitude of media for the display of tickets nowadays.

Where did they buy it from out of interest? The retailer has the two character code VE. Would that be Loco2 (as was, now RailEurope)?
