This month's release from Timetable World brings the whole collection up to 661 items, all added in the last 6 months.

We have some railway timetable treats to share from Britain, Belgium, India and others.

The railway timetable additions in March (and a few from Feb) are listed here. There was also a sizeable release of bus timetables.

The site is free to use, free of advertising. That model works if users help out. The website statistics are really good, and show that the interest in timetables is worldwide.
  1. We have a good pipeline of around 200 timetables still to add that have been donated or loaned - plus lots that are promised post-Lockdown. We always welcome collectors getting in touch to discuss what they can offer.
  2. I typically spend about one day per month preparing for each release, and am very dependent on those kind volunteers who take on the bookmarking task. The jobs can be done online by signing up at Timetable World jobs. The beauty of digital archives like Timetable World is that your contribution is of value long into the future. More jobs have been added with the latest release.

They have Finland 1974 ... which fits right in with the on-going discussions about Tornio/Haparanda and the new service in Sweden to the Finnish border.

Also the 1920s Finnish railways map is a very interesting contrast to the current network and borders
