TOC franchise subsidy payments and premia

Struggling to find documents which show the TOC franchise subsidy payments and premia profiles over their lifetime.

Curious to know which TOCs are subsidised and which hand over money to DfT. Or are steadily moving to handing over money to DfT.

The DfT web site isn't terribly helpful. And there's also the confusion with this cap and collar business, too.
