Does anyone happen to know which EMT 43 is/was coupled with 43049 (on Thurs 3/8) ?

...also, went to have a peak at Nemesis Rail in Burton from the road bridge yesterday and there was a very well presented 37 at the back (not visible from railway) and masked from the sides by carriages. Can anyone have an IDea what it is ?

Be much grateful for help in these matters. :)

There's 3x 37s listed as being based at Burton.

37227 is in smart Triple Grey (see https://flic.kr/p/Led2Dn - photo Resilient741). My hunch would be it was this one you saw as repainted last year and fits the "well presented" description.

Also there:
37198 in NR Yellow
37255 in Dutch (old grey/yellow engineers livery)

Can't help you with the EMT HST unfortunately - others might be able to...
