You certainly dropped lucky there!I was in luck yesterday, 2 late Scarborough services arrived at the same time
And therein lies the difficulty. The diagrams thread mentions very clearly ‘no images’. This thread does state images are allowed but as has been pointed out to me in no uncertain terms that it is a thread for ‘Mk5a coaching stock’. I’m still reeling from ‘Locogate’ in the summerYou're safe for a few more days yet - but make sure you post any pictures in the right thread!
That is quite a rare shot and very nice.70003 has returned TP01 from storage at Longtown MOD today - https://flic.kr/p/2i1DoZ5

Well I'm a happy bunny this morning! Just seen my first Nova 3 set 'in the flesh'. Trouble is, it wasn't where I'd expect it. Resolution (and TP08?) was heading east-bound on the Oxford Rd - Piccadilly viaduct at about 8.15 this morning. Does anyone have any idea what service this was?
Thanks Jamesrob637. Of course, if I'd remembered to check Sjpowermac's excellent summaries I'd have realised TP08 isn't yet in passenger service and that this must have been some sort of test run or ECS move! I'll get the hang of this one day...
On Friday 20.12.2019 68022 ‘Resolution’ with TP13 worked the 05:34 Scarborough to Liverpool train as far as Manchester Victoria. The train was terminated there and ran empty to Longsight. The working you saw must have been the empty stock move. Hope that helpsWell I'm a happy bunny this morning! Just seen my first Nova 3 set 'in the flesh'. Trouble is, it wasn't where I'd expect it. Many thanks for the info sjpowermac. To be honest, just chuffed to have finally seen one .

Lots of opportunities today with four diagrams out until the middle of the afternoon. Staff shortages have made it a bit trickier this evening! Now the next trick is to try and ride on one - easier said than done at the moment.

That is just the 'Door Not in Use' indicators on the Guards door.Looks like the 68 still had its red lights on where it was coupled to the coach.

Since you mentioned itThank you for that summary, very interesting. Haven't seen 68025/TP04 for a while.
Haha! Just the observations of a nosey loco spotterTop record keeping, as always @sjpowermac. In years to come, when people are writing historic articles on these trains, you will be the person they need to go to for the gen!
