Trademarks

I'm working on a little video game but realised I might be breaching trademarks.

Does anybody know the status of the following things:

- the standard "tube map"
- the London Underground roundell
- the name "London Underground", "Underground", "Overground" in general
- the London Underground/Overground colours
- the livery itself (it's pattern, not colours)

Just to comment that the legal team *are* renowned for going after any breaches they come across.

Just as a general heads-up, trademarks do not need to be registered anywhere for you to get into trouble for using them.
