The Notices and Proceedings are issued for each area every fortnight or so. If someone was to call into the office to see the service changes, would they be able to see the proposed timetable and if so, take copies?

For what reasons can ordinary people oppose a service change?

Good question as someone who has worked in the industry I have never really thought about it.

I know some lists of changes are published by people on the local bus enthusiasts groups so you could perhaps join one of those like I am a member of the welsh bus new group on Yahoo which always seems to get good information on stuff and a lot of staff from various companies are members.
