A train has collided with a car on a level crossing in Oxfordshire.
The silver Volkswagen Polo was hit by the First Great Western Henley to Twyford service at 18:26 GMT near Shiplake.
A spokesman from the train operator said he understood that all passengers and the train driver were evacuated.
The driver of the car was injured and taken to hospital. Trains on the line have been suspended with a replacement bus service in operation.
The car was 10ft (3m) from the train tracks as emergency services attended the scene.
A British Transport Police (BTP) spokesperson said: "The train has remained upright and passengers onboard have been transferred to alternative methods of transport.
"Officers are currently investigating the circumstances, speaking to witnesses and are appealing for anyone with information to contact police."
BTP were highlighting the dangers of driving near Shiplake level crossing on 7 November, after a woman was reported for dangerous driving there.
A train had to make an emergency stop to avoid hitting her car.
