Train service disappeared - FGW

06:07 Oxford to Reading has changed to 06:07 Oxford to London according to NRES (although it does not seem to run beyond Didcot when I challenge NRES). Any ideas what is going on?

It does run through to London, but is a stopping service and gets taken over by a later service, which is why it suggests you change at Didcot.

In fact, looking even closer it is is scheduled to depart after the 0630, at 0631 from Didcot.

They have pulled the Reading stop without telling anyone??? for a sporting event.

The timetable says no changes until September.

It's actually booked to stop at platform 9 at 0658 and depart at 0659 but isn't shown in the timetable.

That's confusing.

The coding indicates that the change is from 17 September:

Two seperate (non connecting) trains:
2L18 0607 Oxford-Reading arr 0658 and
1L91 0657 Reading-London arr 0749

Become one through train
1L91 0607 Oxford-London arr 0749

Cant see any logical reason, apart from thinking it must be stock related.

Unrelated but the 2L33 (0627 Banbury - Oxford) moves to 0640 from the same date.
