Chiltern have an ongoing recruitment program for apprentice drivers and take on trainees for each Depot according to requirements. If there are vacancies at Moor Street at the time then they will be recruiting however I believe they are currently in the process of creating a 'talent pool' from a recent round of recruitment and if enough applicants have been placed into that pool then there will be no need for further recruitment for some time until the talent pool has been exhausted.

As I explained, they will recruit as and when they need to, when circumstances dictate. If you have a crystal ball which can predict when drivers will be retiring from Moor Street or leaving to go to another TOC etc then you should buy a lottery ticket. If Chiltern already have a few potential candidates 'up their sleeve' in the talent pool then they will be used to fill any vacancies before a further recruitment drive takes place.
