Are there any Trainline powered booking engines that are offering "virtual" refunds (submit copy of cut ticket) in the event of the train being cancelled?

Would be preferred too if no booking, card or ticket collection (from TVM) fees were charged.

Thanks guys.

Scotrail do, in my experience.
Thanks. Is this the link for the form you use, even if you purchased the ticket online?

Yep, that’s the one I used. It has the instructions on how to deface the ticket too.
