Trains to Charing Cross today in the online journey plannees

The National Rail Enquiries App today is not showing trains or fares from Waterloo East to Charring Cross but when I got to Waterloo East I found they are running. Same applies from London Bridge but the app is at least showing you a fare from London Bridge.

Is this simply a mistake or is there another reason for this, such as less trains running than usual so not wanting to encourage people to use the line?

Maybe you input Charring Cross into the App. ;)

Actually I did at one point but quickly changed my mind as it was missing London.
