this one time I decided to couple together every unit I could find at Portsmouth, came to about 50 carriages in length. Took an age to accelerate!

Nothing special about this one. It's just nice to be back on Train Sim after a long break, playing on a PC that actually has the capability to run full graphics and TSX! :D

So here we are at a very wet Glasgow, waiting to depart with the Evening Express.

A couple from me. All are from the continent - I love Hamburg to Hannover, only route I've actually been using lately! Click the images for a larger 1080p version

Yeah, it's part of 'East Coast Mainline: North East' of which there is a version on the Steam workshop. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=269482608

It was a complete rework of the original ECML that was part of the original Railworks/TS, modernised and updated using the assets from GEML. It includes a completely reworked ECML from Newcastle to York, an extension to Heaton and then the Darlington to Middlesbrough portion of our local line.

One restriction on the workshop was that I couldn't use custom assets, so took the decision to finalise that version of the route to allow scenarios, and I'm now putting together the first batch of custom content for an updated version of the route which will be available on my website in the near future.

Unless mine eyes decieve me you mean the first picture and yes it is. The second is, of course, the Newport Bridge over the Tees.

Just remember that the currently available workshop version does not have these assets, those stations were built creating what I had available from the original ECML and GEML DLC. I'll give you a heads up when the first customised version is available on the website, but that may be a little while given the amount I am trying to get done.

I'm not sure why the passengers are in discomfort.

The new rolling carriages are becoming quite popular, I've just seen another example on the Travelling Chef thread. The passengers in that rolling carriage looked much calmer though.:D

Thanks. It's part of the next update of East Coast Mainline: North East, the update will include the section between York and Leeds and should be available soon.
