I need to make a last-minute trip to Cornwall this weekend, going from London to Penryn on Saturday and returning on one of the last trains (preferably the 16:12 from Penryn) on Sunday. I have a 16-25 railcard and the best way I can see to do this so far is a super off-peak return for £70.95. I know it's probably too late but I was wondering if anyone knew of ingenious ways to reduce this before I booked it? I've already tried a few of the ticket-split sites and the £1 MegaTrains part of the way with no success.
