Few bits I can think of:

Some odd bits of trackwork around trafford park.

There's an old colour light signal plus a few bits of the woodhead line near hadfield station.

Manchester mayfield is just about still hanging in there. At crewe a load of the old bay platforms alongside P12 are still visible.

Has anyone mentioned the multitude of old viaducts, bridges, tunnels and stations scattered around and centred on Monmouth Troy?

Fledborough Viaduct over the River Trent, near to where High Marnham Power Station was.

One of the platforms of Wolfs Castle Halt is still with us (on the Clarbeston Road - Fishguard Harbour branch).

A couple of years ago, I also discovered the old Postland Signal Box on the former GNGE Joint Line between March and Spalding, along with the remnants pf the viaduct at nearby Rings End.

Thrumster railway station, on the Lybster Light Railway, has been preserved immaculately.

Has anybody mentioned the disused brick built John O'Gaunt / Twyford Viaduct? It's a few miles to the South of Melton Mowbray.

Here's a link to some drone footage
