If the thread author’s is due to cease soon, could Wrights Coaches be a contender? Their only registered stage carriage route appears to be the 80 between Aylesham and Dereham, which runs one round trip on Fridays only, and totals 2h 34mins running a week? Not sure on the mileage.

I can't find anything official yet, but according to local social media postings another operator - Connect2 - is taking over.

Googling the current operator suggests his main business is farming.

There are several community services that only run one day a week on alternate weeks or even only once a month however it depends how you define 'operator'.
