Loads come to mind if you mean trains in normal passenger service:

Margate, Ramsgate, Dover Priory, Canterbury West, Canterbury East, Faversham, Ashford International (domestic - not Eurostar), Tonbridge, Hastings, Lewes, Chatham, Bromley South, Barnham, Horsham

Too tired to think of any others...
Plenty of trains go non-stop through Tonbridge every weekday. I'm usually on at least one of them.

There must be loads. Off the top of my head:
  • Newcastle, Metrocentre, Hexham, Haltwhistle
  • Heworth, Sunderland, Hartlepool, Thornaby, Middlesbrough, Redcar Central, Redcar East, Longbeck, Marske, Saltburn
  • James Cook, Marton, Gypsy Lane, Nunthorpe, Battersby, Danby
  • All the stations on the Northern City line (Moorgate-Drayton Park)
  • All the stations on the Watford DC lines (Euston-Watford Junction)
  • All the stations on the North London line (Richmond-Stratford)
  • All the stations on the East London line (Highbury & Islington-Surrey Quays)
  • All the stations on the Barking-Gospel Oak line
  • Emerson Park
  • South Greenford, Castle Bar Park, Drayton Green
  • Chester, Shrewsbury
Not Danby Marton Gypsy Lane now. The early Whitby service skips these

Castleton Moor
Lealholm
Glaisdale
Egton

get all services though.

Since Monday Kemble, Stroud & Stonehouse are no longer on this list, there's 1 train a day going from Didcot to Worcester SH via this route

  • Kenley, Whyteleafe and Whyteleafe South on the Caterham line.
  • Belmont and Banstead on the Epsom Downs line.
I was ready to type in all stations on the the Tattenham Corner line but then remembered the Derby Day semi fasts.

Barrow, Ulverston, Grange-over-Sands, Bare Lane, Bentham, Clapham, Giggleswick, Settle and most stations to Carlisle, and most onwards to Leeds,

how many on the Cumbrian coast?

==edit==

just noticed the comment about freight, so I guess the nuclear flasks rule Bare Lane and the Cumbrian stations out.

I assume the once a day express service still runs on the S&C, thus eliminating most stations on the Aire Valley and Settle-Carlisle lines.

  • Skipton, Keighley, Bingley
Shipley would be in there too, however 1 LNER from London to Skipton does not currently call there Skipton-bound in the evening.

Just what I had in mind. Same also goes for Brockenhurst I believe.
Some peak services run non-stop from Southampton Central to Bournemouth (and vice versa).

Every station on the Heart of Wales line
No. The 04:46 from Shrewsbury to Llandrindod only stops at Church Stretton, Craven Arms, and Knighton. That means Broome, Hopton Heath, Bucknell, Knucklas, Llangynllo, Llanbister Road, Dolau, and Pen-y-Bont are skipped.

Drayton Park - Old Street on the Great Northern.

*Edit* spotted it tucked away in another post.

I thought that the Fort William sleeper went that way sometimes. (I realise that other routes are available depending on engineering work cycles.)

It is booked to go via Bathgate - if it did go via Falkirk High it would be due to either possessions or due to a blockage on the Bathgate line. If that fact disqualifies Falkirk High then there must be others in this thread that must be similarly disqualified.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say about a third of all UK stations have no non-stop passenger trains.

I'd have guessed possibly over half the stations in the country!

But in this area, Bangor, Llandudno Junction, Chester and all stations between Llandudno and Blaenau Ffestiniog.

Heworth has two regular non stopping services, the LNER Sunderland - London Kings Cross and return?

As far as I'm aware, no passenger trains pass through Derby without stopping.
