The entire Merseyrail Northern and Wirral lines.
All trains are “all-stops” though I believe that fast services to Southport and Chester are being contemplated.
Edit: I didn’t know about Capenhurst!
I believe the last Exeter to Salisbury runs non-stop after Yeovil, unless this has changedIn that case, might as well add Hamworthy, Wareham, Yeovil Pen Mill and everything on the WofE line between Salisbury and Honiton.

Ah right I wasn’t aware of that. What about the crew assuming they are based at Salisbury?I believe that is due to change with the new timetable, the last Exeter service only runs to Yeovil to stable overnight

I think there is too much freight/royal mail/empty stock passing through for this one to count, especially at night. There must be at least 20 non-passenger trains per night which pass through Preston non stop.I don't think anything in service bypasses Preston, does it?
Liverpool South Parkway and Shotton both have services running through non stop and are on the routes you mention.Every station without exception between Hunts cross and Southport, Liverpool Central and Ormskirk, Kirkby... And the whole of the Wirral line.
Every station between Bidston and Wrexham Central
Atherton and Daisy Hill
All Stations between Wigan Wallgate and Kirkby
All Stations between Flowery Field and Dinting/Glossop/Hadfield
Stations on both lines have booked passing passenger services on a daily basis.Few ideas for "all passenger trains stop" which I don't think have been mentioned yet:
Springburn Branch
Cowdenbeath line

I love that station, thanks for sharing.I'd be very concerned if a train didn't stop at Windermere. As would the customers in Booth's supermarket.

Isn't there still a last train od the day, possibly Sundays only, non stop from Honiton? Axminster? In that case, might as well add Hamworthy, Wareham, Yeovil Pen Mill and everything on the WofE line between Salisbury and Honiton.
The public timetable issued for late 2019 indicated that the 10:03 Manchester Piccadilly -> Glossop/Hadfield (Sundays only) workings omitted calling at the ever delightful Flowery Field.Guide Bridge to Hadfield/Glossop all trains call at all stations.
0541 from Guide Bridge is for Hadfield only.Guide Bridge to Hadfield/Glossop all trains call at all stations.
The weekday Chiltern service to/ from West Ealing doesn’t stop at theseSouth Greenford, Castle Bar Park, Drayton Green
Is there such a service in the public timetable?0541 from Guide Bridge is for Hadfield only.
Yes hence me mentioning it.Is there such a service in the public timetable?
