One such TOC I can think of is Chiltern Railways, which runs a 100% diesel fleet (DMU and Diesel-Electric locomotives).

Any other UK TOCs like that? P.S. This does not include bi-modes as they can run like an EMU under the wires.

Grand Central and XC are the other ones.

And, of course, NI Railways ;)

Transport for Wales operates bi mode 769s.
If my memory serves me correctly, this is allowable by the most narrow technicality in the TfW 769s aren't fitted with pantographs.

I'd count TfW's 769 - although supposed to be a bi-mode unit, TfW's 769 do not have pantographs and can therefore only do diesel mode, thus making it a diesel electric multiple unit (DEMU)

They have diesel tanks and batteries on board, but haven't entered service yet. Because of the modular design, it's conceivable that they won't have diesel tanks and bateries when they eventually do.

What I think can be said for TfW is that they have never had a train running in service which wasn't being powered by a diesel engine or engines.
