but I do also like the BR logo 66 for some reason!
I think so too, I remember years back I saw someone had done a photoshop of a 66 in the yellow and blue BR logo livery and I thought ew, but in reality it does look good!Same, probably my favourite. Not sure why but large logo really suits the 66.
good shout, I haven’t seen it irl yet but hope to over the summer! The Avanti Prideolino, by a mile.

Are those 'special' liveries? Or not-very-widely-used corporate liveries?Always used to like the mainly all white livery of Class 101 (or similar class) DMUs, the ones with the 12 inch blue horizontal "go faster" stripe.
Date back to late 1970s/early 1980s, I believe.
I would say the pride pendolino was definitely a special liveryAre those 'special' liveries? Or not-very-widely-used corporate liveries?
I would second the view on the GWR chocolate/cream DMUs. That livery really suited them.
Good point, although as I recall the predominantly white BR livery I mentioned upthread was only ever used on regional DMU refurbishments. Are those 'special' liveries? Or not-very-widely-used corporate liveries?
OK, I misread the original message as, simply, 'Pendolino'.I would say the pride pendolino was definitely a special livery
90030 was the SNCF Sybic livery. SNCB/NMBS have nothing to do with Sybics! The trio of SNCB/DB/SNCF liveried class 90 in the mid-nineties were a good looking bunch: My favourite was the SNCB 'sybic' livery 90028/128.
Which LU lines would they have run on, and when until? The 1959 Tube stock in "historical livery". They had a great interior also.
It operated on the Northern Line from around 1990 (the 100th anniversary of the City and South London railway) to 2000 when the 59 stock were all replacedWhich LU lines would they have run on, and when until?
Ah, duly noted. Just me getting confused!90030 was the SNCF Sybic livery. SNCB/NMBS have nothing to do with Sybics!
First time I’ve seen that! The Dutch liveried 321 was a favourite of mine
Yup. It survived right to the end of 59 Stock operation. Some cars are now at the Epping Ongar Railway. It operated on the Northern Line from around 1990 (the 100th anniversary of the City and South London railway) to 2000 when the 59 stock were all replaced
Did you like the 47 in the police livery?37093 in police livery.
