Hello I am trying to find a good position near london to get a picture of the Virgin Train Type 91 locomotive mark 4 carriage near London for a TV scout - can anyone help me? Many thanks

Depends what you call good. Just the train? Inside? Ouside? Train and a station? Train and passengers? Train and countryside? Train and city?

If want speed, Brookmans park northbound trains in the morning

Welwyn GC and Welwyn North worth a look, good for shots of DVT and loco with a bit of setting (tunnel in shot for trains coming South at Welwyn North) ... Then there's the chance to do the viaduct of you want some more scenery in shot.
