Hi all,

Just a head-up that Dovetail Games' licence with Cross Country expires at the end of this week. As a result, the Class 220 'Voyager' train and 'Cornish Mainline: Plymouth to Penzance' route will both be withdrawn from sale on Steam after this date. As a result, if you want these products now - or think you may for future route/scenario releases - you need to buy them before this date. Both products have been reduced in price - the Voyager £3.59 (was £11.99), and Cornish Mainline £9.49 (was £18.99).

I do believe the route, created by Just Trains, is the same one available on their website. That makes no mention of it being withdrawn, so it may be remaining available directly through them and only being withdrawn by Dovetail Games on Steam. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable may be able to confirm.

With the upcoming end of our CrossCountry license we will soon be retiring our CrossCountry products for Train Simulator 2021. However, from 9th - 16th October 2020 you will be able to grab this content at a discount!

What products does this affect?
  • CrossCountry Class 220 'Voyager' DEMU
  • Cornish Main Line: Plymouth - Penzance Route
What happens if I already own them?

If you already own any of the content above, then do not worry, they will stay as part of your collection.

How long until they are retired?
The mentioned products will be retired on October 16th, meaning you have one week to pick them up before they are retired from sale.
