www.tubeplanner.com used to be a handly website for finding routes on the tube, but it's gone.
I found a few archived pages on Wayback Machine, but they're only snapshots of pages, rather than a fully working working website.

Does anyone know if there's something similar that still works ? I know the TFL site has a search engine for planning journeys, but I thought the tubeplanner one was much easier to use.

Also, does anyone here know why the tubeplanner site no longer has the route planner. I wondered if it was a copyright issue.

Google Maps is very good at public transport planning. I use it all over the world.

TfL site will give you a planning option where you can narrow it down to tube only giving you the best tube route

What would make it even better was if you could enter your ticket and it would take that into consideration. Living in Kent, Google always suggests the high speed even though I have a non-HS1 ticket.
