I only idly clicked onto Channel Five to see what they were showing as they're meant to be showing highlights of day 4 of the ENG v SL test match (we won it y'day so there are no highlights to show), and instead there's a pretty cool documentary on in its place about the Dawlish collapse.

What's this series folks, and has it been screened before? It's fascinating! Thanks!

it's just the normal time slot for a collapse - if England don't deliver a batting collapse something else has to take its place.

I caught that, too, but I saw it before.

It's called "The Railway: First Great Western":

* https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Western_Railway_(train_operating_company)#TV_Documentary

There's also a similar one about the former East Coast franchise, "All Aboard: East Coast Trains":
* https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/East_Coast_(train_operating_company)#TV_series
* http://www.radiotimes.com/tv-progra...st-coast-trains--series-1---1-at-your-service

Search for them on www.youtube.co.uk and you should find some episodes.
