Hi All,
I am wondering if anyone knows of any lists on the web, which explain the following:
Each industrial locomotive has a number, which always seems to begin with two letters. 'AE', 'AB', 'HE' etc etc.
Whilst I am aware these indicate the manufacturer, I have yet to find a list which denotes which manufacturer used which letter code, and in some cases they aren't particularly obvious.
So, that is where I turn to the people out there, and ask if anyone knows of a list - and if not, perhaps we may be able to assemble one here?
Cheers
