Unable to book advance tickets

Hi Everyone
Trying to book advance tickets for
0716 Chester to Cardiff Central via Wrexham....the class 67 hauled service.
According to NRE I am being put on to other services!
Does the 67 service actually run and if it does,why can I not get advance tickets for this journey.

0716 Service not showing on tfw site
Only 0620 and 0735 with one change!

The times are only being uploaded week by week for the WAG. Additionally, TFW only release their advance fares and bicycle reservations a week before travel.
