Copied from, of all places, the South West Rail Gen group:

Network Rail are wanting to demolish the former Pullman Works at
Preston Park, Brighton. A contractor is poised to go in and cut
    items
up before commencing on the building itself. Their position is that
Network Rail have made reasonable efforts to try to find owners, or
others willing to pay to retrieve items - without avail.

Anyone with an interest to contact Pauline Reith at Network Rail
    URGENTLY

    Her number is 020-7902 3324; e-mail Pauline.reith@networkrail.co.uk.
