im unsure if 90006/016 are on 4M63 Trafford Park, I suspect they could be, although there is currently a loco swap going on at Wembley

GBRF operates other TOC loco movements under its 'For Network Rail (NSC) Engineer's materials' contract. This is very common and also includes Colas and DB 66s too.
56049 is still part of Colas's COFS Pool so no transfer has been made.
