A day lasting a perfect 12 hours, I saw quite a few bits, including;

43175 MTU at Paddington
66/7s at Stratford
47853 at Acton ML/North Acton
Evening freight burst at Stratford
Also seen was 66080 on 7O77 Paddington - Angerstein at Paddington, 47712 + 47832 on 5Z47 East Ham - Willesden at Primrose Hill, 40145 at Harrow and Wealdstone and 20306/20309 on 6M69 at Stratford. The latter 2 were videoed.
