Carillon Buckingham JV. But you really need to be more specific, as Bicester to Oxford Parkway is already open, and the extension into Oxford is underway, but Bicester to Bletchley is not really started at all - in terms of work on the ground. It is yet to be fully designed and authorised, in terms of planning/TWA/DCO whatever it turns out to be.

The contractor award was mentioned somewhere in the EWR thread, last seen a few weeks ago. We perhaps don't need another thread about EWR progress though...

The consortium to build the line Bicester to Bletchley is in place and are actively preparing plans for this to happen as soon as the go ahead is given. As they said in the publicity for this its a first that everything is ready for a project such as East West.Ground clearance and examination is taking place along the route and condition of structures is being noted this will help to speed the reopening .Hope this helps.
