Wonder if anyone can help!
I complained to VTWC on a contact form sent on the 7th November, I finally got a reply last week!
The reply didn't go any way to answering the question that I raised in the complaint, (I don't think it was even read properly! ) so I reiterated the complaint and returned it to the email address from which it came! Oblivious of the fact that the operator was changing less than 5 days later!
The question is, will the complaint be passed through to the new TOC, or answered from an outgoing department kept on for that purpose.?
It's just that, I can see virgin washing their hands of the matter, and first whoever saying "it wasn't us!"
