Have a look over on the VTEC Trainee Driver thread and see what trials and tribulations has went on there!
It is a walk in the park for you guys compared to that..
Get used to it is the advice I am afraid, it you want the job it will be worth the wait

Yeah I definitely agree with the above!
You're gonna need to be patient guys as they seem to be recruiting left, right and centre.
I applied for the trainee driver job at East Coast in October 2016 and I don't think I'll be starting until early 2018. I just keep thinking to myself it'll all be worth it in the end!
