Shiny as in clean, but normal drab boring EC livery.
Not just the East Coast livery, it has a slightly modified version and a name (though one stolen from another 91), as seen in this close-up. Didn't notice the double-pantograph at the time as I was supprised to see another livery variation.91114 is also in the east coast silver livery
91107 is now back in east coast silver and 91114 is also in the east coast silver livery.
All class 82 DVTs are now in the east coast silver livery.
are the mark 3 coaches on the HST going to get repainted as well?
why did they remove the SkyFall vinyls?
Didn't seem to be on for very long at all.
91113 now in east coast livery
Is this the last to be treated?
Will East Coast repaint the earlier silver examples?
Also 91110 has been repainted grey (and a new set of vinyls to freshen up)
I think 91110 looks good with the Battle Of Britain aircraft stickers and black areas. However I agree that the coaches (and the plain locos) could do with something better than the present 'magenta stripe and little else'. If you ask me the stripe should be red and the bodyside above it (on the coaches at least) should be the same colour as the doors. Then, replace the text beneath the line with a small 'EAST COAST' and one at end of each carriage and 'INTERCITY' at the other.Guess I prefer the grey but still a horrible livery... perhaps better in daylight. I guess as a base livery it is not bad and could be worked with just hate the present stripe
