The VTEC site says that their seat selector is currently suspended for technical reasons, but given that from a user's perspective it was working well enough, and given that the suspension seems to have lasted for a week or so already, is it reasonable to fear that the suspension will become permanent?
If so, that would remove one of the main remaining reasons for booking through the VTEC website. Indeed, if one is cynical, one might think that the introduction of free wifi for standard-class VTEC journeys booked on the VTEC website was introduced to compensate for the effects of the disappearance of the seat selector.
