I remember watching a video of 87s and 86s and 90s on the west coast mainline and in a couple of night time shots the last first class coach behind the dvt had the lights of and apeared to be out of service. Does anyone know why?? I wonder would this mean that there would be people standing in first class as there was only 1 other coach and the bit in the buffet car. In the pendolinos there can be 4 coaches full.
